Board Elections 2025–2026
In accordance with Rule 29.2(b)(i), the ballot for the election of officers will be conducted using a secure online voting system.
Online voting will open at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 21, 2025, and close at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 27, 2025.
Voting will be available at the Club by electronic means daily from Friday, November 21, 2025, to Thursday, November 27, 2025, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
The Committee has appointed Mr John Koppl as the Returning Officer.

To vote, a link to Elections Australia will be forwarded to members Friday morning at 9 am on November 21, 2025, and another on Tuesday 25th November, 2025.
